Sweet 16 and Quinceanera favors

Create your own!

From the first day of first grade, Anna and Katie were inseparable. All through grade school, then middle school, and now high school they were part of each other's lives and special occasions. So when it came time to plan Katie's sweet 16 birthday party and Anna's quinceanera celebration, the girls spent every Saturday for months helping each other plan their big events.

Pick-your-own party favors

Katie's mom said she could pick out her own party favors–as long as she kept them under $2 per person. Katie was devastated. "How humiliating is that? I'll have to buy my sweet 16 favors at the dollar store!" Just before her BFF plunged into utter despair, Anna pulled up PartyBeans.com on her computer. Katie had to admit the party favors were adorable. "But don't you have to order hundreds of them to get a low price?" With a few quick clicks of the mouse, Anna showed her she could find party favors for all her friends and still keep within her mom's budget. Katie chose Key Chains for everyone was amazed that she could even personalize them with her own photo and text. Katie was sold–and mom was, too.

Teenage celebrations

Anna was a PartyBeans.com expert because she had already picked out gifts for her quinceanera court (Katie included). Instead of the usual ceràmicas, Anna knew she wanted something different–something that was her. Since her quinceanera meant she was growing into a young woman, she picked out a cute silver container that held earth and seeds in it. She chose a background from the many on the site (in pale pink and white–her quinceanera colors), uploaded a photo of herself, and added her name and the date. With the quantity discount, Anna was able to keep within her mother's budget, too. She even found special gifts on the site for her padrinos. The week after Katie's sweet 16 and Anna's quinceanera parties, the girls were still enjoying all the memories and the hundreds of photos. And thanks to PartyBeans.com their moms were enjoying checking accounts that still balanced.
